it aid i got a signup bonus of 5$ so i cpompleteleted two paid to call offers for a total of 4$ and it took away the 5 from my balnce and now i only have 4? whats up with that

When did you sign up? Earnings expire after 180 days.

Have you completed all of your registration requirements?
(confirmed your email address; your profile and the telephone verification?)
Check your account page under the VERIFICATION heading on the left side of the page.

If they are all checked off, and your account standing is "Good",
send a ticket to Support and ask why you no longer have the $5 sign-up bonus.  Might just be a glitch.

If any of the items are not checked off, click on the item to find out what you need to do.

I'm assuming you have only been a member of FC for a month or two, but Skippumcnapper is right, credits that are more than 180 days old do expire.  But those credits will show up on your account page (check the bottom of the listing of credits).  Any items that are within 30 days of expiring will have a notation in red above them saying they will expire in x days.

If your $5 sign-up bonus is not shown on your account page listing, click on the link "all of the offers you have clicked"  (right above the Expand All link) to see if the sign-up bonus is shown there.

i have only been a member for a couple days. i checked checklist and i got a mksg saying i have already recieved my bonus. i even seen $5 on my balance before doing those offers then it went away. i guess ill have to check up with helpdesk
