I registered with Nielsen and they told me that I am successfully registered and yet they never send a payment. They are thieves.

Notice your identical post under the Support and Fusion Cash sections and will reproduce my identical response here:

How long has it been that you signed up for Nielsen and downloaded their app?  Is the app still on your machine?  If the app is still on your pc and it's been more than 30 days since you downloaded it, you have good reason to complain.

Suggest you send a ticket to FC and also complain to Nielson about it's failure to follow through with FC to pay the incentive for signing up for their service.  If Nielson wants you continue with them, they need to follow through with their promises.

Obviously if Neilson didn't pay FC, FC can't pay you. 

All this presupposed that you have never signed up with Nielson before.
