Why do i only get one cent for doing these surveys? The say 35 cent to 3.oo and yet all i earn is one cent for doing them.

You're only get one cent because you aren't actually qualified to complete the survey.  The questions you are answering are called "qualifying" questions.  Sometimes, you may not be the right sex or age, or live in an area of the country that they're looking for, etc.  Fusion Cash is nice enough to pay you a penny if you don't qualify for those surveys.
