For desert, you could have a strawberry short cake or an angel food cake with maybe fresh fruit sliced on the side. As far as side dishes maybe a green bean casserole or a salad.

I guess cheese cake, fresh fruits and mix nuts, if no allergy for nuts. I know I am ready for the Thanksgiving!

My favorite dessert is pumpkin pie - as my family has vegans, I made a yummy one using tofu last year.

You can try Milky Ice just add less sugar in it and stir often to make it soft.

On Thursday I did a dessert that the persons I cooked for like and it was good and simple. I cut some strawberries and I mixed it with cool whip and served it. they all love it!  :)

A side dish that my mum used to create was little pork and sage sausages wrapped in streaky bacon. She would cook it in the oven slowly in the leftover chicken sauce/fat. They were delicious. Another thing she used to do is wrap the mini sausages in flakey pastry and then cook them lightly in the oven. Scrumptious!
