at outback steakhouse when i was 16 i was some kind of scared but i end up getting the job as a busyboy great learning experience

The job interview I speak of was for my 15 year old daughter.  Last she heard there was a 60% chance they were going to hire her.  Still nothing.  I have a feeling they opted for someone who is available all the time (not just after school and every other weekend) as well as a drivers license.
