sorry for your loss. i know how it feels when a pet passes away. i once had a cat that passed away and it was heart breaking.

I have two cats now.  We have had many cats and dogs throughout our married life (also lots when I was a kid), and it is always hard to lose them.  Many people say they will not have another pet because their passing is so hard, but I prefer to have another after a while .  One pet cannot be replaced (each one is different), but a new pet will eventually become another family member to bring you joy, and you can adopt a pet who really needs a forever home.  Think of the joy that will bring.

Aww, aggie49, I'm so very sorry for your loss.  I know the heart break of losing a loving family member and best friend.  I hope for both your sakes her passing was gentle.  RIP to your dear kitty and may you find some comfort knowing that she's young again and running free!
