what do you like to eat with your coffee

Being that I only drink coffee and water. I have Cereal or eggs for breakfast, I have a sandwich for lunch, and I have it with my dinner no matter what I make and then drink coffee all night til bedtime. Of course I drink decaf coffee. and I use a big cup which is about 1 1/2 cups each serving. Since I have been drinking coffee all the time I have lost weight which is what I am trying to do. I gave up soda which puts on the pounds. I was up to 210 lbs but now I am 178 lbs. I also stay away from sweets. I am retired and have good blood pressure, cholestrol readings, and my sugar level is great. and I only take one pill a day for acid reflex which I am working on. I am told that I look in my 40's which makes me feel great. since my oldest son is 47 years old. It pays to take care of yourself.

I usually have coffee in the morning, so have it with my breakfast, such as cereal.  However, when I do have some coffee late afternoon, that's when I like something sweet, such as a cookie or brownie.
