Is Radio Loyalty no longer available on FC?

Just logged on to FC to start listening to Radio Loyalty and got this message:


"No results found. Do you want to un-hide some offers?."


Is this just me or is this happening to others as well?

I've submitted a support ticket to find out what the problem might be and whether it is temporary.

Had no problem yesterday, so whatever is going on just occurred today.

I did get the same message.
However earlier today they credited me 29 for radio loyalty . I think they are crediting us for some of the times over the month that redio loyalty didnt credit for me. It was very nice to receive the credit but I did enjoy listening to the radio. I hope it is fixed soon.

I just finished earning a couple of cents on Radio Loyalty.  It was doing ok for me...a little slow but ok

I logged off entirely; tried another browser and RL showed up on IE.

Tried again on Chrome and RL is now available.

PK:  I also got a lump credit for RL -- probably back credits from 10/13 forward.  Nice surprise, but I'm also happy that RL is still available!

I have tried to log on as well and had problems. Any one have any ideas.

I receive a response from Support -- they resolved the problem shortly after I started this thread.  Probably about the time I logged off and tried accessing RL again.

Haven't any more problems today and have been enjoying the music all day.
Crediting is still delayed, but since I know it will come through eventually, I'm not concerned about that.

Yes they have had quite a few problems lately, since the implementing of the new design and such, however they have credited everyone for things that they didn't get credit for. Like Radio Loyalty and the survey disqualification bonuses. When things like that don't credit, send a support ticket. Things like that are something the staff needs to know to fix errors to keep things running properly.

i like the radio credit but it always malfunctions for me after about 20 min
