I in no way work for FC or anything of that sort but I am willing to bet that it would be less futile for them to issue any type of credit/debit card for future account accessibility. I could be wrong and please correct me IF I am wrong, but there would probably be too much record tracking and bookkeeping as well as other issues with possible mis-calculations and people acting like they were not paid or insufficiently paid. As far as I am aware they have had the process of the way things have been for several years so why fix what isn't broken. I will say that it is a good idea though.

I think direct deposit is a much better way to go. Too many cards already in my wallet....

It would be nice to have a FC prepaid debit card, reloadable.  We've looked into it a bit.  The problem is that most prepaid cards which can be licensed/branded have fees that are too unreasonable.  I wouldn't want to push a debit card with a $10/mo fee or a $4/txn ATM fee.  That's just too much.  But there are real costs involved in running a prepaid debit card program which have to be offset in fees.  Our slogan is "No catch. Just cash.".  We have no fees for cashing out and we try to avoid making you feel like you've been "nickle and dimed to death" so to speak.  That philosophy is more or less incompatible with the prepaid debit cards on the market.

So if you don't have a bank account and you want your cashout money quickly, my advice is to look at your prepaid debit card options and find the lowest fees you can (maybe $0/mo and $2/txn at ATMs if you're lucky!), then setup direct deposit to it on FC.  There are a lot of different options and they often change their fees/policies so I am reluctant to recommend any particular one.

My best suggestion is to get paid by Pay Pal, and sign up for their debit card. It is 100% free to have and you can use the money from your account anywhere. I don't even recall having an ATM fee, either.

I believe there's a $1 ATM fee on top of whatever the ATM charges you. You do get 1% cashback on all signature purchases though which is always a plus

I've seen some other sites start to offer this as a faster way to cashout, but personally I'm not too interested in it. Especially for sites such as FC who already offer Paypal, I think it's unnecessary to issue a card to get faster payments.

Unless FC ever decides to issue cards, I think that cashing out via paypal is your best bet.

I couldn't have said it any better. We only have to wait no more than 30 days, it's not that long people.
