I want credit for what I do on FC

Just a question.  Has this problem been going on for the whole time since you joined Fusion Cash?  For the entire 180 Days?  Fusion Cash Administrator, are you listening and hearing of all these problems one of YOUR members is having?  You need to fix what ever the problem is and give him credit for what he has done, and you need to fix it NOW!!!  And while your at it look at the radio loyalty as it is not crediting going on for at at least two straight days now.

Please forgive me for my rant.  It is just very frustrating to hear of another member who has been having this much trouble.  Over all for me Fusion Cash has been GREAT!!  I just cashed my latest check last Friday for $61, so I'm happy!!  Again please forgive me for my ranting.  I really hope this member get the help he needs from the site.

If you did everything and still do not get credit i would deffinetly put a support ticket in to see if you can get the problem solved. They are really nice and helpfull. What could it hurt? Alot of times it's not you it is the offer. When that happens you just move on or you put in a support ticket.. If they can't fix your problem or help you maybe people in the forums have had the same problem and can help you.. It's all up to you.. You have the tools to help yourself or get help. That's the problem. I've put in support tickets before and no answers. The Rite Aid offer definitely should have been credited since I got my temporary wellness card. This one really infuriates me because it would have put me over the top for my first cash-out. As it stands, between the last 2 days, I have lost $8 because of not getting credit for tasks. When closing a video, the video page turns black like it's supposed to and that's supposed to mean you're getting credit for that video. Not so. I've sat throse 9 minute videos for a penny and did not get credit. i've even waited more than the time the video took to make sure I got credit and still didn't get the credit. Yesterday or Sat. 5 videos and got credit for 4.

The only thing that's been reliable is the daily email and PTC.

An update on support....Tickets were put in 5 times! All I got were excuses that if I didn't get credit, they don't get paid. Well, hate to say it, but neither do I.

Still not credited even though I chatted with the company and they verified I was signed up and even sent that chat copy to support. Support came back with the same statement if I didn't get credit, they don't get paid....well....I don't call that help or support....and I did get my regular card 2 days ago...so it's not a question of if I did the program, now is it?

If there was a reason why I wasn't credited when others were, I'd like to know how I got lost in the shuffle. How could I not be credited when I had proof I was signed up?

Sometimes, even if you've done everything correctly concerning an offer, it still may not credit. Most free offers I've completed usually credit, but there have been one or two that didn't. I just move on to something else. As far as the videos, have you tried the 1-cent ones where all you have to do is click on the video or the play button to get credit? Those are easy and before you close the page, it lets you know at the top that the offer has been completed. That way you know you're getting credit. Also, the HyprMx videos are easy too. I just did 20 cents in videos earlier today, and will attempt some more before the day is out.

i understand your frustration but really isn't fc it all depends what advertiser put on the FC site for us to do yes i agree there some from FC but i under stand i been there as well but there no other sites as great as this on thanks FC

Well, if it's a continuous thing, then more than likely it's not on FC's end.

Maybe some of their offers/videos takes time to credit. I've had credits come in 4-5 days after I've done the offer. Give it a few more days 

As I have said before this used to be the best and fastest crediting place and it no longer is !

We haven't changed anything on our end regarding crediting.  RL and some FC Surveys are now on a delay, but those are operated by third parties and we can't change their systems.
As soon as we get notification of credit, we post it to your account.  It's all automated, 24/7/365.  But in any case, I am sorry to hear that you feel that way.  We'll keep at it and try to win you back.

I guess today is a bad day for not getting paid    I have done surveys,,,,,,   4 of them and did not get paid for any of them.  anything i have done after noon today I have not got paid for.  surveys,,, video's,,,  nothing    so i guess i will give up for today and be glad i got what i did.  Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day !!
