How do I get these contacts out?

I tried some contacts today and now I cannot get them out. I'm going to keep trying but my eyes are killing me now.

Could some of you give me some tips? I'm not supposed to leave them in, but I'm having trouble getting them out.

Try using eye drops now, because they are dry. The soft lense you have to pluck them out by using your fingertips and pinching then in the corner, then pull them off. Eye drops will lubricate them some and make it easier to pull off and pinch. The new ones are a lot harder than the old ones. I have dry eye now ,o I cant really use them any more. The eyes hurt too much . I really don't like the glasses either, but since I have bifocals, it is not too bad.

AH! This is exactly why I would have to wear glasses. I could not put those things in and take them out.

sometimes at first it helps if a loved one does it for you. Otherwise, don`t be scared to squeeze and bend the contact in order to get a hold of it

My eye doctor taught me a great trick for inserting and removing soft contacts.  No one else could get them in for me.  I even put my own drops in because I absolutely cannot handle anyone touching my eyes.  The trick is simple.  Look up and place the contact on the white of your eye, then look down and they'll pop into place easily.  To remove just look up and slide the contact down then pinch and remove.  If your eyes are sore and/or dry use some re-wetting drops first.
