I don't always have this problem but some days the offer add doesn't always show up, like I'll get the email click on it and it loads to the page but the add wont open up even after I've tried reloading the page or waiting and trying again anyone else have this issue? not a huge deal but just curious if anyone else has had this happen.

I haven't had any problems with the paid email.  I use gmail so it always shows up in my mail box.  Except for 9/11 when FC had a problem with its server, I haven't had any problem having it load or credit.

I use IE to access the email and process it with a Windows 7 operating system.

If you continue to have problems, my first suggestion is that you clear your cookies, reload your browser and try again.  If you can access your email with a different browser, you could test that too.

I was having this same problem for about a week and i was about to send out a support ticket when i noticed they were showing up again in my email no idea what happen with them but there back!  I hope it works out for you maybe you should send a support ticket if it keeps up
