I also would like to see some type of incentive or reward just for it being our birthday! I think that is only fair. Maybe an extra 10 cents? Or $1?

I made 55 today, but the fact that I have fellow friends on here that wished me happy birthday satisfies my criteria.  Some people expect things for free, and some people don't.  I was truly touched when I looked at my profile and saw the birthday cake and candle.  That was beautiful.  That goes to show that I am appreciative that FC remembered my birthday.

The majority of businesses couldn't exist without people working for them. I wouldn't expect any job I worked to give me a bonus simply because it was my birthday. Then again I'm not greedy and only expect to get paid for the time and effort I put in

Many businesses offer "Loyalty Rewards" to their customers. Why should this industry be any different? By offering a $0.50,$1.00 or some other incentive for a members B-Day would only create a win-win scenario for both parties,wouldn't you agree?
