I noticed that Fusion Cash has a new look, and I do believe that the Forum is a part of Fusion Cash. So can anyone tell me why The Forum does not have a new look?

Could be that is has too many working parts to it and did not want to. Trying to change little at a time maybe. Maybe they just decided to keep it this way as to keep it simple.

A forum redesign will come with an upgrade in the back-end forum software.  All of that is to come, later on.  The main site design was more dated-looking than the forums, so it was the first to get a new coat of paint.

The new paid to click is not working for me. I view 4 pages, 2 ads and it sends me back to the beginning. Very frustrating.

I know what you mean. I was redirected too, so i clicked the 4 adds again, and then i was able to complete the Paid to click.

Yep, happened to me, too yesterday.  I thought I did something wrong.  Will try it again in a few minutes and see what happens.
