Why did I get this message? I have not been out of my country since before there was Internet.
"Thank you for participating. It appears you are not currently in the country listed on your account. Due to this, we're unable to allow access to the survey. If you are away from your home country, please do not participate in further surveys until you return. "

I know people who use satellite internet will get that error message.

I am not sure, but it looks like you were on vacation and tried to do it from other place than your country.  If that is not the case then I suggest you open a ticket, but otherwise just wait until you return from you vacation and continue with you routine surveys then.

A few years ago SSI surveys were giving me that error as well. I don't have satellite internet so I'm not sure what was up with it, but it eventually went away in a few months. Very frustrating!

Yes, I have satellite but, no, I am not on vacation and have not been using another computer. I am a retired person and I NEVER go anywhere but to the grocery store and back! LOL! Yes, I know, it's a sad life but that's what happens when you are forced to retire on Social Security income. Oh well, it's not the survey that bugs me. It's the threat of losing my FC account when I have not done anything at all to deserve that. Satellite sucks but it's my ONLY OPTION where I am.

Once again, I cannot do the survey sent to my email (Home Care) b/c it sends me this message. I have NOT moved and am not using a new ISP or a new pc. I don't use any mobile devices or tablets. If it's shows me in another country than US then it is wrong.

You need to make out a support ticket. I am sure the admins can help you get it straightened out.
