Are we allowed to work on FC from a laptop, tablet or Netbook computer?

I am having a lot of problems with my desktop and may have to buy another
Computer.

I pretty sure you can. Don't see any reason why you can't.

Yes you can as long as you are still at home and using your same ISP. I don't think you can use an Android tablet though. Not sure about something like the Chromebook.

Some features aren't designed to work on a mobile device(phone and/or tablet) but any laptop or desktop with work

If you decide to buy a new computer (I use both a laptop and desktop), make sure you have sufficient working memory (RAM). 

I using FC (Radio Loyalty) on my laptop which has 8 Giga byte RAM.  I can also do several other things at the same time without taxing the laptop, but if I place games that use Adobe Flash, I do run into problem occasionally.

My desktop only has 1.25 giga byte RAM and while it will work with FC, it would be running at 80-100% cpu most of the time and I could not run anything else.  So I shifted to the laptop.

If your computer is having problems with FC with RL, check your working memory (click on My Computer/ Properties to find your specifications)

Also a good idea to make sure that your applications and browsers are up to date.

i use laptop and tablet, i just bought that works great, my plan is getting a mobile hotspot so i can get on Fusioncash anytime any where, yeah baby..

shd be fine, smartphones are limited in some tasks, like vids and daily offers.
