Ok so what are the activities that i should do in order to earned before qualify

Ok so I thought doing surveys  is one that should done in order to
qualify my 15 cent, wasn't it? Because doing surveys is more than 5cent
and if qualify that is great you earned more that 5cent and you should
qualify to earned your 15 cent. Is this what it should've been done?
Or the other way?

you need to earn 5 cents in between the last time you earned your15 cents for paid to click.  You can do this a number of ways.  I usualy try the FC surveys but if you don't qualify yoiu only get a 1 cent incentive for trying but this is considered a bonus.  I usually stat Radio Loyalty and lit it run in the back ground while I do a few of the daily tasks.  You can also install the Fusion Cash tool bar and do 20 searches a day, that alone will give you 5 cents.  IIt is all up to what works for you.  I haven't had a problem qualifying for my daily paid to click, so I hope this helps.

It just has to be a minimum of 5 cents earned between doing ptc. I usually do a couple surveys a day anyway so I don't have to worry about if I have enough qualifying credits for the next day. You can also do tasks, videos,or  radio loyalty

You have some great suggestions.  Remember you have to earn only .05 between qualifying for the paid to click .15.  You can try this by surveys, or try to do paid videos (I always do these before attempting paid to click), radio loyalty...let it run all day if you are able and those pennies really add up.  The key is to do more than the minimum.  After you complete the .15 paid to click keep earning, and then you won't run into a problem.

Yes, doing surveys in one way of earning the 0.05 between PTC. However, you would also need to receive credit for the survey before doing your next PTC, maybe that was the issue? RadioLoyalty, videos, and tasks typically credit promptly, so those are great options as well.

I don't think the daily email counts. FC lists the offers that count it if you don't qualify but I'm not sure where to find the list otherwise.

This is way I do it, use vids and radio loyalty to get the qualification, daily email
Doesn't count.
