How much do i really have?

This is my  first cashout i had to verify my Driver's license first before it was approved. Anyway it says i have 59 dollars still in my balance which i should only have like 2 or 3 bucks in there. Is this normal?

What does it say under Requested Cashouts?  If your cash-out request went through, you should see something like this:

Requested cashouts:

$xx.xx    2013-xx-xx     Pending      Cancel
If approved, expect payment on or before: August 20th

Does it say you have a pending payment? It's possible your request didn't go through while you had to verify your identity

No it doesn't say you have a pending cashout of so and so $ it says the cashout was approved though

It will change once it is approved and getting closer to being paid out. Just make sure you don't count it towards the next cash out request or you will really be messed up. Give it a few more days as  lot of people make their cash out requests at the end of the month and they have to be reviewed before being approved. also if you have anything from shopping or the possibility of any surveys that reverse, it may take a little longer to be approved.

It's possible that the cash out has not been accepted because of your pending driver's license verification.  If you've received notification that FC has received your ID and are happy with it, you can expect your account balance to be reduced by your cash out amount.

When I cash out, my balance is immediately reduced by the pending cash out and all of the offers/bonus items that make up the cash out amount have a notation that it is "pending cash out".  When the cash out is paid the notation changes to "Cashed out".

No doubt you received an email from FC asking you for your ID.  No harm in sending a follow-up to FC asking whether they have received your response and when you should expect to see your account balance reflect your requested cash out.
