Wow... The whole story sounds completely terrible & I'm sorry you're going through all of this. Just try & make sure you put on your seatbelt before you move the car the next time, though, because a lot of times cop will do anything to make $ [apparently even for driving through a parking lot w/o a seatbelt on].

wow it sounds like when it rains it pores for you right now.  i too have had that happen in the past it just means that once your luck turns around that you have to remember these times so that you feel more grateful for when it is going good.
