That very same thing has happened to me more than once.  So, yes, I agree something needs to be corrected!!!

Yes, the same thing has happened to me.  They should at least give you some credit.

I'm not sure why it's happening to you, but for me, it's because it takes my computer awhile to load the survey.
When I click on a survey and it doesn't load, I just wait a little bit and leave the window open. By the time I've checked radio loyalty to see if it's time to put in a captcha and came back, the survey has loaded and I can go ahead with it.

See if that helps any.  :)

Yeah, typically that happens when there's a long delay in the survey loading.  Sometimes it could be that the survey is routing in the background through multiple survey routers and one along the way is on an slow server backing everything up.  Most likely once you first click, the tracking flags that you initiated the survey, so if you close the window before the survey presents, it won't let you back in.

Like the above poster, I'll just let the window sit open for a while, but sometimes I just cut my losses and close it as I don't want to wait too long.  At least I know I'm choosing to forfeit the survey, and then I'll "x" it out to clean it out of my list.

If the survey isn't working when initially getting in and refreshing in that same session doesn't do anything you're not going to complete that survey. Closing off the window and trying again will never work as the survey script is not smart enough to know you're trying an incomplete survey. I hate that aspect here, especially when I do a survey and I get bugs, but I try to let it go nowadays.

Yes I have experienced this problem too, ( I am using Windows 8, IE) sometimes I am able to get the page to reload after working with it for a while and other times a message will indicate I have already participated in the survey even though I have not. There are times when I click on a survey, complete a couple of questions and then receive a message that indicates Error and once I try to reload the survey it indicates I have already participated in the survey even though I was only allowed to complete a couple of questions.  Not sure what causes this problem.  :dontknow:
