No camellia0 you are not the only NON Starbucks fan.  I think the coffee is bitter.  And, expensive.

McDonald's coffee is better than Starbucks. So is the coffee (Ronocco) from the little cafe that I go to for breakfast.

How does Starbucks get away with charging what they charge for their coffee?

I assume it's the atmosphere or the yuppy image it portrays. I thought it was a fad that would go away soon enough, but not so.

i dont care much for starbucks. especially the coffee..but i do love their half vanilla half caramel frappes. only thing i ever get from there but its so expensive so i only get it as a treat every so often.

I have never been a fan of Starbuck.  I didn't like the taste of their coffees and mixtures (when I was able to drink coffee) and definitely didn't enjoy their prices.

I would rather drink my "certified organic coffee". At least I know I am not being poisoned with pesticides and heaven knows what else!!!!

I am not a fan of starbucks, but I can go for some dunkin donuts coffee right about now. But if I brew it at home I prefer maxwell house.
