never got credit for installing toolbar...tragic

did it install correctly? have you been able to do searches with it and are they crediting? does it show your balance? have you used the quick links? if those things are in place and working correctly you might want to submit a support ticket. If not you might want to do a search through the forum and see if this has happened to others and if there is a standard solution for it. It could be that you will have to uninstall it and then reinstall it. Good luck

It is possible you may have install the toolbar incorrectly. Did you install it through the toolbar offer link found on the offers page or did you click some other link found on the website such as the link found at the bottom of every Fusion Cash page? You must click the offer link to receive credit.

you also may have an issue with your browser....Which browser are you using?  Maybe try installing the toolbar on another browser.  I had no issues installing the toolbar and getting the credit....good luck.

I didn't have that problem but I was having problems with getting credited for searches so I would suggest maybe wait a day or two and see if it shows up there may have been an issue with the toolbar because mine seems to be working now.

I have the toolbar installed but it is on IE, I wish I could install it on Chrome.  Chrome don't freeze all the time.  Any suggestion on how to install on different browser? God Bless
