Has anyone completed this offer? You basically submit an application to apply for a prepaid debit card and be awarded $2.00. I'm not sure if I'm going to attempt this offer since it requires a last 4 digits of social security number. It's in the free offers section. If anyone has completed this offer and credited, please share your story.

 ???MAD AN CONFUSED !! SOON AS U SUBMIT THE APP THE MONEY SHUD BE POSTED RIGHT THEN ITS PREPAID SO NO APPROVAL NEEDED! BUT IN MY CASE IT WONT EVEN LET ME PUT MY DOB IN I GUESS THERE HAVING TECH ISSUES :-[

this offer did not work for me.  I tried a couple of times and it never would work.  I really was hoping it would, because that would have been a very easy $2.
