Age  is  just  a  number.  I work  with  a  lady  who  is  79 and  she  is  the  hardest  work  in the plant.

I wish everyone would see it this way.  People tend to judge you by your age instead of your abilities.  I go to the gym, work hard, and try to practice healthy habits to keep going way beyond expectations of my chronological age.

My mom is 103 and has had snow white hair for many years.  My kids talked me into coloring my hair and I do it twice a year.  I never thought I would color my hair.  When I was growing up, the hair dyes were not nearly as sophisticated as they are now. You could spot dyed hair a mile away.  But you can't tell any more if someone is using hair color.  I have been very happy with my  coloring job, and guess I'll continue until I get tired of going through the process.
