Yep, I have (4) referrals.  It takes some works, but it is possible.  Kudos to your referral.

I have roughly 20 refereals in total. Some have completed their first few surveys but none have ever cashed out. Sucks..

Don't quit trying. I have over 850 referrals and I feel lucky of 5 of them cashout any one month. The highest I had was 15 (still pretty dismal numbers) However I am working on that problem right now, even as I type this response.

It's definitely easier to recruit referrals than it is to retain them.  Once referrals have joined FC, it's important to followup with them to teach and encourage them, but we have no way of doing that if the referrals don't leave their email addresses.  I keep hoping I will see a user ID of one of my referrals in the forum, but I've only seen one and she is a personal friend.

This is one more reason to make yourself visible online. I can only contact 100 of my referrals through Fusioncash and probably only 10 of those even read the emails, but ALL of my referrals know where to find me if they need help. It might surprise you how many I run into around the Internet that recognize me.
