Having trouble getting Stamps to work

My girlfriend did this offer and it took about 3 times for it to finally accept her CC number.  I keep doing it on my account and can't get it to accept either of our numbers :(  I'm tempted to call them, but I know if I do it that way I probably won't get credit for it.  Anyone else have this problem?  How did you fix it/did you fix it?
