Can't Do FC Surveys!

I tried doing Fusion Cash surveys today but when I click on them it says Java Script void??? the screen goes blank! I use Firefox
how can this be fixed?

Make sure your Firefox and Java are updated correctly.  If the problem persists try using IE or Chrome.

Yeah you can try updating, if not just use chrome it works great I haven't had any problems.
