I have a questions about offers if anyone can help me understand:)

I'm curious, does fusioncash updates their offers? How often they add new offers? It seems that I always have old offers and I keep looking for new ones, so if anyone help me understand this that would be great:)

There's no set schedule for new offers. They appear randomly.

I suggest keeping a close eye on the offers section of this forum. FC members are great about posting new offers as they become available as well as their credit time.

Offers in the daily section such as tasks, surveys, and videos are (as the name says  ) updated daily.

They do update there offers as new ones become available so you may see them no and then and other times there may be alot.  Just keep watch and hopefully they will show up. This is a great site also the forum helps when new offers show up people usually post if they find one.

Fusioncash has no control over when new offers appear, they are at the mercy of the advertisers.

You just have to keep looking to get new offers .... there is no schedule but I have had instances when offers have appeared within minutes of checking so they seem to appear at random all day

Make sure you complete your "daily offers" that are in the offers section under the free offers section.  These are offers that you can complete daily like your 15 cent daily click and your daily Fusion Cash surveys you can try to qualify for daily along with the daily tasks.  Other offers appear randomly and sometimes a new offer will pop in from time to time you just have to be consistent in checking and stay patient through the surveys because you won't always qualify.

yes, those daily offers do change over time, believe it's more of a monthly change, but check it everyday just to see, if there is anything new... keep an eye on these, as good ones do come along every now and then... same for tasks, too, have gotten lucky and found some for $1.00, it is rare, but it happens... best of earnings~!

I notice a few changes every week.  Not many but they do update offers.

I consider every offer I complete a new offer. However, there are offers that you can complete daily, you just have to be willing to put in the time to complete them. I try and do the surveys every day so that I can generate enough cash to request a payment every month.

New offers are posted, if new advertisers are found and allow Fusion cash to Advertise for them.

As long as an offer credits it shouldn't matter if it updates or not. Most of the time I don't even think about the offer I just do it.

Some of the offers seem like they have a permanent home on FC, but some of the offers you can complete every day.
