I am an amazon user and I was not aware that they reward you for using their site. I make purchases on Amazon all the time so I will look into their reward program for making purchases.

They really are awesome.  I know people who have bought appliances through them and have really gotten good deals.

When you click on certain items, look for the current promotions. For example, right now if you buy a CD, they'll give you $1 on mp3 credit. Sometimes they have an offer where you'll get credit if you buy two items from a certain company, or buy one item get another one free, or stuff like that. It has to be a pruchase from Amazon, though, not from another seller. (I think.)
Amazon is my FAVORITE internet shopping site! I don't think a week goes by that I'm not on there, either browsing or buying, or both. When I see something I like in a store, I usually wait to buy it until I check Amazon to see if I can get a better deal. Usually I can!

I am associated w/ a number of survey companies and many of them have Amazon as a form of payment.  It's really easy. You simply load the code you get from the survey company into a box provided by Amazon and the payment is added to your Amazon acct.

Next to paypal or cash, I like taking the Amazon gift card payment option on other sites I work at.  Lots of good deals at Amazon.

If you are a user, you should also check out Amazon's MTurk (just search for that and you'll get the link).  That's an Amazon run GPT site where you do human tasks (similar to the FC human tasks, but I found they come from other companies or have different task offers).  The money made from that site goes into an Amazon Payments wallet that you can use on Amazon directly or you can transfer the money to your gift card balance.  You sign up by simply having an Amazon account (no referrals on that site).

Also, for those that signed up for Ebates (which was an offer on FC a couple years back) - they are now offering rebates on certain Amazon purchases, like clothing, toys, and I think maybe CDs now (not positive on the last one).
