Why would one want their ex back? I don't think there's any way to get it back cuz eventually we all change. I wouldn't want mine back esp. if he cheated on me! Cheating is a is deal breaker in my book & you don't ever get a second no matter how much you claim you've change. I remember college bf came to me & said he wanted to breakup he met someone who is his soul mate. So, he was cheating behind my back w/this girl & didn't have the decency to breakup w/me first!I was totally shocked but I let him go, I don't want any1 to be w/me when they want to be free. 3months later he, comes crawling back;saying he made a mistake that him & I are meant to be together it was our destiny! I laughed at him told him the day he broke up with me was the day the "me," he knew died. I'm a different person now; we can't ever go back to the way it was before & if we were destined to be together forever, then you would have never left my side. He left defeated but hopefully, smarter in who he gives his heart too. Later, I learned that she kicked him on the curve. In 3months she got bored with him; dumped him & is now dating 4 different guys.I don't feel bad for him;he did all that with his own hands. It's called karma....I heard, he's married his 4th wife....sighhhhhh obviously, he hasn't learned anything!

Why would I want my exs back? They're exs for a reason. Why would I want something that was in the past and not part of the present? If it's not in the present, then definitely wouldn't be part of my future.

When I stop seeing some, there has to be a good reason why.  So why embarrass yourself by doing stupid things to get them back.  Remember they haven't changed, so why would you want them back.  I am not a masochist.

I don't believe in manipulating an ex or anyone else and even if you do....

it doesn't usually lead to a happy, healthy relationship.

An ex is an ex. If I wanted them, I wouldn't have let them go do begin with. Why go after the garbage after the trash truck picks it up? Good riddance!

There are a small number of relationships that end prematurely/for stupid reasons. If yours was one of those and you really do still love the other person, then it may be worth it to give it another shot IF the necessary changes have been made in both of you.
