Pay off current bills...like the house. 
Pay off all the wedding expenses for our upcoming wedding in August.
Take a little vacation.  (maybe Jamaica for a week)
Invest the rest for retirement.

I too would pay off all my credit cards.  Then I would sell my house and move where my daughter lives and buy a townhouse there.  I would also give her some of the money.  Save or invest some.  Take another cruise.

If I won the power ball, the first thing I would do is  pay off my credit cards, then get all my bills caught up.   Then I would give some money  to my church and then charities.  Then I would take care of my family and make some investments and put the rest in the bank.   

if i win i will pay off all my debt and help my family. and invest some of it and open a small business and give some to charities.

Oh man, if only. I would move out of my condo and buy a house, finally buy a nice sports car, donate money to charities, tithe, invest in some rental properties and make sure that the rest of the money will be able to take care of me and my kids down the road.

I need a serious vacation. I'd pack a bag for a month to recoup. then go home, pay off all my bills and my family's bills. Then look at charities, etc.

pay off all the bills put money away for the kids for college.  fix up our house help our close friends and family. get a good 2nd vehicle
