True, it is ALWAYS good to take the time to read the "FINE PRINT" before signing your name to any document because that is where all the things they don't want you to read are written.

i have learned this the hard way a few times---but i preach to my kids all the time to never sign anything bring things home and i will scan it from top to bottom and then i will let them if it is ok --i dont want them to go through what i have!!

I know you are right, but it is hard to do when it seems like routine paperwork, like at a doctors office or purchasing an appliance at a big box store.  If you try to take the time to read stuff, people get all bent out of shape.

They fail to research the restrictions that they will be required to live by ... prior to signing a contract or an act please know the rules of the game...Or you shall surely pay later for the mistakes.
