I'm not sure how long ago you signed up for it....but sometimes it takes a couple of weeks to get credit for some offers....it all depends on when the client authorizes your credit....talk to administration.

Some offers I've heard take longer than a couple weeks and it's usually best to be patient if you do an offer where it's a trial but make sure you cancel before that 14 day trial ends (If you are allowed to for the offer) and also watch and make sure that even after you cancel they don't still charge you.  There are so many companies that ignore people cancelling and do the "accidental" charge after the trial ends.  As an example I signed up for this Dr. Seuss books thing awhile ago that you pay a few bucks for a trial and get the first book or two and then after that if you don't cancel they'll charge you a membership fee for it and send you another book supposedly.  Well I called and cancelled before trial was up and they refunded me the amount back to me and said the book never shipped so I don't have to worry about it.  Then I pay attention to my bank account and 2 days after they refunded me they charged me again.  I called them again and I believe the company was Early Moments or something similar?  They swore up and down their system shows I received the refund and they didn't want to hear the fact they charged me again because it showed up in my bank but supposedly not on their computers.  Since it was only like $3.50 I said forget it but if it was more I would've definitely made sure to battle this with my bank because these companies will scam you any way they can.  Even KIDS BOOKS COMPANIES which I thought I was safe with but I guess not.
