You can also lose weight consuming sugary drinks and starchy foods in moderation. There is no reason you have to cut anything out of your diet in order to lose weight

losing weight is the hardest thing ever--much easier putting it on then taking it off --i have found tho you dont have to cut out the things you love just use moderation and get exercise --get out and move and move some more !! i have to drag myself out sometimes tho --good luck to anyone trying to lose !!!

Yes you will not consume the calories..
But if you try to just leave a little on your plate for every meal.. you are saving calories there.

Pay attention to your movement.  Try and move more.  Even if it is housework.. walking etc.
It doesn't necessarily have to be an excessive workout.
Loosing weight should be a slow and healthy process... if you try and do this fast.. the chance of setting yourself up for failure.. is a better bet.

Set small goals..

Lessen calories..
Take something out of your diet.. replace with fiber, whole grain, veggies..  something like that.

Fiber helps you to feel full..

Now for me.. I love veggies.  But... for me... when I am stressed or needing food.. I go for crunchy.
carrot sticks, celery, cucumbers..

But key to that is have it ready a head of time.  It is more likely that you will just grab something quick to eat.
If you see its right there.. you can grab it and snack on it.
If not... you could be tempted to just grab something quick.. which might not be a good choice.

Keep healthy snacks around.

I saw have little post its around.

Remember to eat healthy.

Healthy snacks.

We love you...

Little boasters... that warm my heart.. and help me to reach for healthy choices.

Best of luck to all...

Remember one day at a time... one step at a time.
Also remember you can also excerise while you are sitting in a chair... stretch.. move your feet.. move your arms...
Everything helps...

Happy Earnings!!!

I think the key is eating the same thing you like to eat but cut it down to smaller portions. I eat 5 times a day. breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner. The key is to go to bed hungry. And try to eat dinner before 6pm. Drink a lot of water after that. But this is the key if you really want to lose weight. Eat an "apple" everyday. Eating smaller portion helps but will not help you lose weight alone. You have to do some workout. Walk, swim, get on the bike. If you have the desire to accomplish something follow it through. You can also go to hasfit on youtube it's all free and follow some of the meal plans and or workout from easy to moderate whichever fits your style. Hopefully that helps. From February until now, I have dropped from 328 to now 284. I have to say I like to look at myself in the mirror now!!!

I myself have been trying to lose weight for many years and finally started seeing real results about an year ago when I started dating my soon to be husband. I used to eat a lot of greasy food and worked out. That combo obviously didn't work. I also ate every time I became hungry. another mistake. I ate a lot less when I started hanging out with my fiance. We were too busy with our adventures out in the great outdoors. Hiking up mountains and crossing rivers and cooking steak over a primitive fire with our own hand carved sticks helped out a lot. I started shedding pounds. I don't eat a whole bunch now and fresh food has replaced the greasy stuff. I reward myself on the weekends but during the week I stick to a lot of soup and fresh veggies and fruit. My fiance is my biggest motivation. Everyday since day 1 he tells me that I'm beautiful and that I have a sexy body. I know that when we get married in the fall, I'm going to feel and look my best on my wedding day.

It's been hard, but I've stopped drinking diet sodas and drinking a lot more water in it's place.  I feel like my sweet tooth has lessened because of it, which I'm really glad about. :)
