Worst spring break..

I had a pretty crappy spring break. Moved... the first day of spring break, I got a flat tire... then on sunday I backed into some car that was illegally parked. UGH..

That does sound pretty bad.

Although I am too old for spring break, it was my son's spring break.  He spent it helping me take my parents to doctor's appointments all week.  Thrilling for him.  I felt pretty bad.

I had a boring spring break. I went on a road trip from Illinois to Boston, but there wasn't much to do. We went to a few museums and colleges for tours. To be honest, the best part was living in the four star hotels. And the 4 days round-trip in the car made me realize that I'd never want to spend that much time in a small space with my parents ever again =P

I got a flat tire a couple of months ago too and is sucks pretty bad.

I had a spring break in Daytona and went down with only thirty dollars in my pocket.  The travel package included one meal per day and one party per day but I was till really hungry and got pretty creative in crashing parties, entering contests for drinks/money but by the end of the trip it seemed like I was working harder on break than I would have had I stayed home and applied myself to my job, school work and convenient little refrigerator! A few friends had it worse...one fell off of a balcony, one got arrested for indecent exposure and another banged up their face doing a back flip off of a diving board into the side of the pool!  I came home unscraped up, non-bruised, and still had five dollars to my name!

I can relate...

I had to have a colonoscopy to determine if my IBS is now ulcrative colitis. We had a bad storm and many trees fell in our neighborhood. none hit our house, but we were without power for 3 days. I then had to have a follow up appt with the doc who ordered another procedure of the bowels that kept me at the hospital for 6 hours for imaging.

It was the worst spring break ever. i dont get vacation time either, so spring break and christmas are my only time off.
