why caint i submit my forum posting i have over 40 post and it wont allow me to submit my posting do i have to wait til midnight or can i submit them now ?

Click "get paid to post" than click "forum bonus request form". You then click the "view all post", copy and paste a different message id into each box. Check the agree to wait up to 65 days box and then hit request bonus.

You should be able to submit your forum posts as soon as you reach your 30 each month.  You just have to make sure they are acceptable and are by the rules.
