Step # 10 : weight loss helpful hints meal planning.....

Breakfast : Breakfast drink under 220 calories ,fresh fruit , Water
Snack : Fresh fruit (1/2 grapefruit,orange,banana,grapes,cantalope,or watermelon)
Lunch : 1/2 sandwich (turkey or tuna on whole wheat) with 1 cup of soup (1 cup only)
Snack : Sugarfree Jello or Yogurt
Dinner : Grilled or smoked Tilapia ,Steamed or smoked asparagus , brown rice 1/2 cup veggie size
Evening snack : Almonds,cashews,pitaschios love them
Go to be early rest very important and besides I wont be up late wanting to eat again.
Meal planning still in progress to maintain weight loss .......
