Tricky but it is very easy , is figuring out, whats a serving ? To make it easy for me I downsized from a large plate to eat my meals on to a saucer which really does work for me . I use a tablespoon to measure my servings for veggies ,got too have my veggies .After that  just move away from the table ....lol !

Again debate and tell me your method. :wave: :wave:

Weigh and measure !!!!! Saucer is a great idea, if it looks like alot it probably is to much.
