I'd have to say I'm probably most like the coffee bean.  Even just recently I had a water incident in my basement which destroyed the carpet and part of the drywall in half of the finished area.  Although it's a bit of a pain, one of the first things I thought after the clean-up was done was "now I have the opportunity to fix that stupid outlet wiring that's been driving me nuts!" - so I'm taking this "disaster" as an opportunity to make some improvements to my basement area.
