I agree.  The Farmer's Almanac puts out a book called The Modern Herbal Primer.  Loaded with information and easy to read. 

Other books include, The Shaman's Apprentice, and A Taste of Nature. There are many many more.  I also have a book that lists the major poisonous plants.  Oh...and Culpepper's Complete Herbal is a good one, too.

Yes, ginkgo is supposed to be good for that. I've been taking it for a while now. For other remedies I'd search on google.
