how many times do you go to the movies? and what do you think ticket prices?

I go the movies only every once in a while if there is something i just really want to see. The price if the tickets aren't bad, but they make up for it in candy, popcorn and sodas. Most of the time if I am not working, I will sit at home and watch a movie on the couch. I can buy soda and popcorn to keep at home and pay half the price.

Are good to watch once in a while, but is getting too expensive with the food included, cheaper to watch movies at home.

Now that my son has been all grown up and on his own I don't go to the movies.  For one reason they are to far away, and the ones I can't afford it.  We have dish so we can't rent movies off of it from .99 cents to $4.99 and my husband and I can watch it together for one low price.

I have cut back on the number of movies I see in theaters because of te cost. Ticket prices are ridiculous unless you can catch a matinae during weekdays.

I have been waiting for DVD release and rent it.

1-3 times a year.  If you go before 6pm all tickets are $5/each.

I go to movies once a year. i like watching movies at home, because the movies ticket prices are too expensive.

For us, it is a waste of money.  We wait and watch them at home.  Or we stream foreign films or old films.

I hate paying for a movie only to find out that the movie was horrible.

lol i dont go anymore because the prices. it cost the same amount as just buying the dvd when it comes out. if i cant wait i order it for  2-3 dollars on on demand.

We just went to go see "The Last Exorcism" and it was okay, I think it could have been scary like the first one's.  But it seem so dry and the ending just had us sitting there waiting for more, and listening to the reaction too the other guests in the theater; they were puzzled also.  Other than that it was OKAY##

I only go to the theaters if I have free tickets or I've been waiting for a major film to come out. The ticket prices are okay, but I think the 3D tickets are a rip off.

I go to the movies about once every 5 or 6 months. The majority of the time I just order a movie on demand or rent one...The last movie I went to see was Django after not being to the movie's is a while. I was shocked to find out that a ticket cost $10.50! I remember when they used to be 7 or 8 dollars. RIDICULOUS!!

 don't go that much as it 20.00 for 2 people and i use red boxes to rent but i do go movie at times
