waiting for an answer

if someone asked you to wait "I'll tell you later." "I'll let you know."
are you able to be patient and wait?

I am within reason.  If it's a work thing, depending on the urgency of the information/task requested, I'll give the person a few days to respond with an update before asking again.  Sometimes things slip through the cracks and a reminder is appreciated.  However hounding a person constantly is often counterproductive as it takes away from them doing the task for which you are waiting.

It also depends on the person - there are some people who I know are very dependable so I could let it ride for a while knowing they'll get to it when their time permits, but others I know need reminders more frequently as they tend to get distracted easily.

I am not a very patient person and when people say things like that, it makes me nuts.  Lol  Not there fault, it's on me. :)

It depends on what it was regarding or the situation.  Unfortunately, sometimes that really is a way just to stall.

I pray for patience everyday, but when it comes to the "I'll tell you later" game, I'm not too patient...lol

I try to be patient unless it's obvious my leg is being pulled.
