I doubt very seriously that they'll pay your creditors, we already have to wait 60 days or more just to get the paid to post money.  Good luck on that, but I doubt it.

Paying your bills is your responsibility, so I doubt FC would do something like that.

They wouldn't be able to do that!  It would be too time-consuming!  Also, the only thing creditors can come after is a paycheck you received on a regular basis. You have to be earning at least $217.00 a week before they can even garnish your paycheck.  They would also have to get a judgement against you in court before they can do anything.  Also, they can only freeze your bank account if you have maintain over $2,500 in your account every month.  Hope this info helps!
