hi, just curious... since "FC survey" are categorized under the browse offers by other criteria, would they be considered as "offers" that would contribute to the required minimum $15 from offers to cash out?

I believe so. If you complete any survey, it is considered to be an offer. If you try a Fusion Cash survey and are disqualified, the penny is considered an offer. Those pennies add up.

I have no referrals and have never been able to get any so I do not know what referrals fall under. I do not think that referrals are considered to be offers and I do not know if they are considered to be bonuses.  Bonuses include the $3 monthly forum posting. There are other bonuses like posting a pic of your cash out. In order to cash out, you need at least $15 in offers and $25 total in your account.

Yeah, you're right, money from referrals fall under the bonus category, not offers. Anything earned in the Contest & Promotion thread, the referrals, and the $3 forum bonus is considered a bonus. Everything else is considered an offer.
