It's happened to me before. Everything was working fine but then they started going to spam. So check your spam or junk folder. If you are using a mail client like outlook you may have to go to your webmail to find it.
Mine arrived today at any rate so it doesn't appear to be a problem on FC's end.

I didn't receive mine since saturday now when when I log in it says that they can't send me an email coz theres a problem with my email address so I need to cahnge my email add.

I found that mine somehow got put in with the 'hidden' offers.
I had to go there and fish through everything to find it.
VERY STRANGE
