It is your status marking in the forum. The more you post in the forum the more stars you acquire. Also your status changes from Newbie to Jr. Member and so on.

It's based on the number of posts you have made. This is my take of the title and star ranking:

Tho you can take the number of stars as a measure of experience and hope that the more stars a person has, the more credibility you can assign to their response.

The value it rewards is beyond measure. The Internet is HUGE and the more you can cultivate your image, the more money is attracted to you. I meet people online all the time that say, "Oh you're the oldbuddy from Fusioncash, so how do you make that much money?".

The golden star above your name is a Rating.

OOOHhhhh I didn't know that was how your status changes.  I wish I had of known that sooner I would be posting up a storm.  I wonder do you get credit when your status changes that would be a great idea.  I need to put that in the suggestion area.

If you mean extra pay when you say credit, not directly. It does increase your image though and that can translate into more money being attracted to you.

Trying to get to the top and be a platinum member to get more attraction for doing offers. I mostly can do only the free offers and so far the videos, paid to click, the daily 15 cents, and most of the daily offers are pretty good here.
