Thanksgiving

What yummy desserts or/dessert did you have for Thanksgiving?

Desserts available included: pumpkin pie, white cookies (similar to wedding cookies with the white powder covered), pecan pie, chocolate cake with chocolate icing, rice krispy treats. 

I did have a small slice of chocolate cake and pumpkin pie - 2 of my favorites.

At Christmas, there will also be caramel cake, pound cake, various kinds of Christmas cookies, pumpkin cake, Gingerbread; along with the above from Thanksgiving.  Everyone helps to bake and bring!  The caramel cake is a family tradition from several generations back and is absolutely rich and delicious!

Had a great thanksgiving, didn't have to do anything but show up!

There was so much and I loved them all. We had three kinds of cheesecake (two cheesecakes and one cheesecake squares dessert), sweet potato pie, pumpkin squares, and apple cobbler. Must have an apple dessert thrown into the mix.

I had all the regulars--the bird, stuffing, potatoes, gravy, ham and green bean casserole.  Instead of the desserts (pumpkin and chocolate pies), I headed back for another plate of the regulars...
