I usually make Turkey noodle soup. Just use turkey in place of chicken when making an usual chicken noodle soup. I also use the left over turkey for turkey sandwiches and turkey salad, using left over stuffing and mixing the turkey together with it with a can of corn or green beans. Makes a nice casserole dish. Using left over turkey for other nightly dinners throughout the week also saves me money on my grocery shopping, so I am happy!  ;)

Turkey sandwiches but we put stuffing and cranberry on the sandwich. Once that is gone the turkey goes to making Turkey Tetrazzini, yum!

Turkey, Turkey, and more Turkey. What will I do with it. Let me look through these posts and find the ways to save it or get rid of it. Any way how long can that bird last? Turkey salad tonight and the rest may be history.

What do you do with the turkey left overs [if you have any] - anyone ever bbq the drumstick?  :cat:

I like to make some turkey sandwiches with it, preferably several mini sandwhiches on left over rolls! You can it eat it cold or heat it up with some gravy. This also works good with leftover ham..
