Welcome to FC and I think you will enjoy it.  I really liked the explanation by WSNYyankees2009.  I have not been clearing my cookies after the surveys and that could be why I am having problems.  Will try that to see if it helps.  Pay attention to his post, has some really good info even if you are not a new member, helps to get refreshed by your fellow posters.

I must say for some improvements they could make sure they use legitimate survey companies because I think it's unfair when you spend so much time completing surveys, but then they turn around and decline you for payment because of some reason, in my case, I still don't understand.  I just feel if they are going to decline paying you for completing their surveys, they should screen you out and not allow you to complete an entire survey and then not pay you.  People spend lots of time completing surveys and then to be denied payment is terrible and frustrating.  I just decided to stop doing them all together because FC says they have no control over the survey companies and whether or not they pay you and that's what made me stop taking the surveys, this way, I won't frustrate myself with that process.
