Norton Antivirus video didn't credit for me.

The Norton Antivirus video didn't credit for me today.

But at least I could view it.  Yesterday, I just got a white screen and no video link.

Anyone else having the same problem?  Anyone getting credit?

I've had problems with this video every time I've tried to view it.  I still watch it whenever it comes up, but don't get credited for it.   Since there have been so many other video's lately, I don't mind too much.

I've had problems with it also. Sometimes I have to view it a couple of times just to get credit once, or sometimes I won't get credit at all.

Tried it again today; still no credit.

Submitted a ticket to support and asked them to check into the problem.

I never can get credit on Norton Antivirus, but I can watch anytime....just no credit, so I just ignore it

I have never received credit for this one. I try it at least once each day in case it changes! But so far no luck!

Keep trying as the videos are a little buggy but they do credit.  See proof:

I noticed that the video is no longer available.  May it will be easier to work when/if it comes back.

It works for me....worse than Adobe. At least they would give me 1 play. Norton doesn't even do that.
IE...toolbar...lowest security settings....clear cookies before a session.

It onlycredited for me the first day and has not since than.  will try it on firefox later today.

I use Google Chrome.  Sometimes works and sometimes not.

I find that if you delete the original E-Mail, or just go into a completely different E-Mail or different site, you can go back to the Videos on Fusion Cash and after watching again, will give you credit like watching for the first time.

Hope this isn't too confusing.  I just love FC !!!!!

The videos have been crediting me when I use Google Chrome. Try using that browser. When I use Internet Explorer the videos don't credit.
